Facility Use
Athena-Weston School District Facilities and Land Lab Use
The Athena-Weston School District may authorize the use of its facilities by outside organizations. Groups wishing to use district facilities, including buildings, grounds, athletic fields, and the land lab, should follow the process outlined below. Questions regarding facility use requests should be directed to Carla Salter.

- Complete the Community Use of District Facilities form for buildings, grounds, or athletic fields or the Weston-McEwen Land Lab Terms and Conditions form for use of the land lab. Fillable Forms are linked below.
- Review the facility use form to ensure that requirements are understood and met.
- Submit the form to Carla Salter via email or turn the form in at any school office.
- Submit your organization's insurance information with your facility use request form.
- Once your request is approved, you may be asked to submit a fee that covers costs related to opening and closing the facility and cleaning expenses.
